-choice involves a loss. choice a limits other choices bcd
-inability to deal with loss
-cosmo maxim porn...most dont come close to these joys but keep lack a secret
-self guilty of all shortcommings.....blame I not system
-capitalism says everyone can make it....blame self for not

The Failure of Religion
I saw this supposedly 'inspirational' story on the back of my pizza box as i ate my lunch.
Upon first look, the story seems beautiful and means to create a positive emotional response. a response that supports faith and religion. It does not specify an exact sect of the church as it seems to remain neutral in specifics.
Others less educated and cynical than myself may even be touched deeply and inspired to a strong conviction of Faith. i was not.
To me, this story frustrates my mind, it offends my morals and it enrages my emotions.
The last line in this image is what has become the norm to the common religious congregation.
"At church I hear the pastor talk about prayer, but it went right over my head."
Well, if this lady could not understand the sermon on basic prayer, i am sure that the metaphysics and epistemology of the church doctrine is also above her level of understanding.
And note that their is no contact from the church to remedy this disconnect from its teachings with its practitioners.
the only advise comes from an equally uneducated friend.

lets note that yes the friend is correct in feeling a degree of concern as this method of practicing prayer is neither correct or healthy.
upon hearing this the pastor makes no attempt to remedy this twisted and skewed version of his religion but supports it.
"encourages ...to continue the journey"
the last enraging portion of this story comes at its finale.
"i wish we could all go like that"
Like what?
you want to die uneducated, unfulfilled, talking to an imaginary version of Jesus in place of a real comforting friend or family member.
you want to die in a delusion.
to die praying not in any way guided by the insights of the great saints and clergy of your religion but to die alone and unguided along the spiritual path.
the church has failed this woman in every way possible.
she was alone in her understanding, alone in her practice and now alone at death.
the pastor weeps not because he knows he has gravely wronged this woman, he weeps because he is jealous.
His knowledge of his religion has long since made it impossible for him to actually believe in the religion.
he is reminiscent of a time where he could have such blind faith.
He has found no knowledge through his studies as a pastor that can console him from death and so is in no position to re-align the woman's skewed views.he lets her die in the bliss of ignorance because his church has no other way.
he is a charlatan.his congregation is a carnaval, and his religion is without any substance.
This story has definitely ruined my meal, and quite possibly my whole day.

Vancouver riots: Aeon Flux
This is transparency in its true form.
Surveillance of everything, always.
Visual and audio external memory systems.
Accessible to everyone , at all times.
And this is created by us, the masses virtually all on our own.
Smart phones, youtube, and facebook.
This is the Breen dystopia of aeon flux.
there is no escape of the clutch of exposure.
there is no private, no privacy and no secret.
except for the rebels:
the greenmen and the anons are the only true FREEDOM fighters left
They are free of any gravitational core that is commonly known as the self.
They are free, and we are all caught.
They are free and we have been apprehended.
Caught.
Caught in the act.
the act of our life.
The vancouver riots are anexample of all this.
First there was the horror of human nature.
riots. blood. fire. anarchy.
and the surveillance was all pervasive.
Vancouver police Chief Jim Chu told reporters at a news conference Thursday.
"By 5 a.m. this morning we had 120 tips on the tipline. Members of the public are sending us their videos and we are adding those to the thousands of minutes of video that we shot ourselves. We are fully committed to tracking down the criminals and arresting them for the crimes,"
we are all imprisoned , we are all confined , we are already caught......
all except for the chosen one

Neo's Kung Fu upload is only a few years away
At the end of this presentation, the Ted Talks director brings Ed Boyden back on stage for a couple questions. The answers are shocking. Information in the brain, including memories and emotions, can be reduced to binary code played on a neural network. It is not a question of if 'The Matrix' style brain manipulations and enhancements will become an actuality, but only a matter of time.
